Because of the trouble migrating to Direct Delivery on Marketplace I decided to start an inworld store again.

We're definitely not a big store so we rented from Azure Islands.

I debated building a mesh building out of world and then bringing it in but instead I just purchased Dr. Zimberlands Mesh Wall Kit.
 I start with a base not really following the workflow suggested...  I begin by placing the floor, the corners, the walls. So far so good, not yet complete, just moving on to texturing and aligning.
